WHAT CAN COUNSELLING HELP WITH?
Working with a counsellor will give you a non-judgemental place for you to find ways to deal with emotional issues. You’ll be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions.
What you’re struggling with?
Counselling is a way to talk about where you’re at right now. What you can’t talk about to friends or family. Things that you have been dealing with maybe for years or sudden life changes which are causing you to feel distress, pain etc. These can all be dealt with by working with a counsellor. Within our sessions, I will mainly use the person catered method of counselling which means I won’t advise you or lead you, I will give you the tools to be able to understand your own thoughts and your own environment. We may also draw on other methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) to make sure we can give you as much support as you need.
